Our supply chain for devices is shifting to 100% carbon-free electricity for Microsoft-related production.
At least 89 key device suppliers have already made the transition to carbon-free electricity in FY24, with more in progress.
To meet our goal of 100% carbon-free electricity by 2030, 40% of our key device suppliers have already transitioned to CFE in FY24.
We have transitioned 89 key devices suppliers in FY24, expanding CFE use to 392K megawatt-hours and avoiding 232K metric tons C02 equivalent in emissions.
