Frequently Asked Questions for BOPIS
Will there be instances where BOPIS may not be able to perform on schedule?

Yes, there will be. For instance, this could take place when there’s a surge in order volume for BOPIS, lead timing scheduling for stock transfer, and more.

Therefore, please ensure that your order status in account, before heading down to collect your parcel. Please reach out to our customer service team, should you have any questions. 

Orders made online and scheduled for in store pick up will be held at the store for 14 days. If you have not picked up your orders by the end of the 14th day, you will be contacted by store agent and order will be delivered directly with additional delivery cost.

Yes, your family or friends can collect your BOPIS parcel on your behalf.

Please share the NRIC info of your representative to our customer support team, prior to order collection. You may required to share login details to your representatives as they are required to present NRIC and QR Code at the collection counter for verification purpose. No screehnshot of QR Code is allowed.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate any order cancellation once the order has been prepared for dispatch.

*Any voucher code used in a cancelled order will not be refunded/reinstated.

Orders are returnable within 7 working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you if they are incorrect, damaged or defective.


The item is not the item you ordered. The model or color is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging.


The items is found to be damaged upon receipt.


For any Technical Defect, customer must refer to TMT stores nearby or customer support team for further advise.

Returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be shipped back to us within 7 working days upon receipt. (as proved by the postal or courier receipt).
  • You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
  • Item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
  • All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Item must be returned in the original box, or else, the case will be regarded as warranty claim without refunding.

We may contact you for self-collect arrangement at available outlet (depend on stock availability) or proceed for normal delivery (addtional charges incurred) for such case:

  • Item(s) that is not available for BOPIS
  • Item(s) that is not able to checkout with BOPIS
  • BOPIS outlet(s) that is dedicated for special product event
    • Eg: TMT Mid Valley (For Product XXX Only)
By placing order for BOPIS or accepting any order amendments, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as following:
