

























Definition & Interpretation
“TMT” ” refers to Thunder Match Technology Sdn. Bhd. (Company No.: 200101005756 [541512-U]), which business address is presently located at H-G-5 and H-G-6, Lorong Mahir 9, Connaught Avenue, Taman Bukit Cheras, 56000 Kuala Lumpur, trading under the name “TMT”.
“Agreement” and “Terms and Conditions” refers to the official documentation, terms, and conditions outlined in the document herein, which comprehensively outlines the terms, and other essential details for the purchase and sale of Goods and Products in TMT retail stores. This Agreement serves as the governing document and establishes the rights, obligations, and expectations of the Customer, TMT, and any involved parties.
“Goods” and “Products” encompasses the items, products, merchandise, and any associated parts supplied by TMT under these Terms and Conditions.
“Customer” pertains to the individual or entity that accepts a quotation or sales offer from TMT for the sale of goods or whose order for goods is accepted by TMT.
Agreement & Consent to Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions detailed in this agreement, in conjunction with TMT official invoice (the “Invoice”) and quotation (the “Quotation”), collectively constitute the entire agreement between TMT and the Customer, and supersedes any prior agreements, understandings, assurances, or representations whether written or verbal. Any terms or conditions implied by law that are applicable to TMT are excluded, except as provided by common sense or equity. No variations to these terms and conditions will be effective unless expressly agreed in writing and signed by TMT.
By placing an order, making a purchase, or otherwise engaging in business with TMT, this signifies that the Customer understands, acknowledges, agrees, and accepts the terms and conditions herein.
In case non-English language version of this Contract is prepared and any dispute arises over the meaning of any provisions under this Contract, the English language version shall prevail, and the relevant part of the non-English language version shall be deemed to be automatically amended to conform with and be consistent with the English language.
All decisions by TMT in regard to this Agreement program are final, conclusive and binding.
Amendments & Updates of Terms & Conditions
TMT reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective immediately upon posting on TMT’s designated communication channels. TMT shall not be liable to provide any form of compensation to Customers in the event of such modifications. Such changes will overwrite any previous terms and will be legally binding.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any updates or amendments.
By continuing to engage in business or otherwise interact with TMT after any modifications to the Terms and Conditions have been posted, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the revised Terms and Conditions.
Pricing & Payment
The contract price for the product(s) is stated in the Invoice/Quotation. Any Goods and Services Tax (GST) or Sales Services Tax (SST) (if applicable) will be borne by the Customer. All payments must be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) as specified in the invoice with payment methods accepted by TMT.
TMT accepts multiple payments (“Multi Payment”) for a single Invoice, subject to a maximum of TWO (2) separate transactions of different types.
For example, Customer can use to complete an Invoice payment using a credit card and Buy Now Pay Later. Customers are not allowed to use 2 different bank cards for the Invoice.
Customers opting for Multi Payment must ensure that both payments are completed concurrently within the same day.
TMT shall not be held liable for any delays, discrepancies, or complications arising from partial payments beyond the permitted limit. Any deviation from this policy may result in the transaction being considered incomplete or invalid at TMT’s sole discretion.
In the event the Customer is opting to make payments via bank transfer, the Customer shall ensure that the payment is made exclusively to the bank account details provided in the official TMT invoice or quotation. Any payment made to a bank account not officially owned by TMT and not in accordance with the bank details provided in the invoice or quotation shall not be deemed as a valid payment.
TMT shall not assume any responsibility or liability for funds transferred to accounts not officially owned by TMT. Customers are strongly advised to exercise due diligence in verifying the authenticity of the provided bank account details to prevent fraudulent transactions.
Products purchased shall only be released to the Customer upon full and complete payment of the total amount stated in the invoice. TMT shall not be obligated to deliver or release any product(s) until payment is received in full, in accordance with the terms outlined herein.
TMT reserves the right to take appropriate legal actions to recover any unpaid amounts and may consider the transaction null and void if payment is made to an unauthorized account. The customer shall indemnify and hold TMT harmless from any losses, claims, or damages arising from non-compliance with these terms.
Prices offered through TMT Retail Stores, TMT Official Website (www.tmt.my) and other TMT official sales channels may vary due to differences in operational environments, promotional activities, and channel-specific strategies. As such, products may be priced differently across these platforms at any given time. TMT reserves the sole and absolute right to determine, adjust, and update the pricing for all products across all sales channels without prior notice.
Local Tax Laws
Any and all taxes, duties, levies, or charges imposed by any governmental authority in accordance with the prevailing local tax laws, regulations, or ordinances, must be borne solely by the Customer. These taxes may include, but are not limited to, sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or any other applicable taxes. The amount of these taxes is subject to change in response to updates, amendments, or revisions to tax laws and regulations. The Customer is responsible for staying informed about such changes and for paying any increased tax amounts.
Inspections of Goods & Products
Customers are required to inspect the goods immediately upon payment at the cashier counter. If any defects or damage are identified, the Customer must notify TMT contemporaneously and provide a receipt for the goods. Failure to do so will absolve TMT of any liability regarding such claims.
Upon inspection and verification of the product's functionality and condition by the Customer, the Customer acknowledges that once the product is taken out of TMT's premises, it shall no longer be eligible for any further exchange or refund.
The provisions of the first & second clause under “Inspection of Goods and Products” do not apply to goods designated by TMT as “demo units”, or goods labelled as “special offer” or “sale” (or any similar terms used by TMT to denote goods below their Standard Retail Price). Customers must inspect all Clearance Goods immediately before the Invoice is issued, and acceptance of the Invoice implied that the Customer has found the Clearance Goods undamaged, in good working order, and satisfactory.
Title & Ownership
Property and title in the goods remain with TMT until full payment for the goods is received in cash or via cleared funds.
Cancellation, Refunds & Returns
All goods listed in the invoice are considered sold and are neither refundable nor returnable.
A cancellation fee of 20% of the goods’ price will be imposed for any cancellation of goods sold.
TMT retains the unequivocal and absolute authority to decline any refund, return, or cancellation requests at its sole discretion. TMT's decisions in these matters are final and binding, with no obligation to provide justification.
Warranties
Most of the goods available at TMT come with a manufacturer's warranty. The terms and conditions for these warranties vary by product, brand, and manufacturer.
TMT does not provide the manufacturer’s warranty but will facilitate the warranty process as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.
It is the responsibility of the customer to review and understand the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, which is usually provided with the product or can be obtained from the manufacturer’s official website.
Most of the goods available at TMT comes with a manufacturer’s DOA Policy. In the event of a product that is considered “Defect on Arrival” (DOA), whereby the product exhibits defects or malfunction upon delivery, the Customer must create a DOA claim specifying the product’s defect and providing evidence, to TMT within the stated DOA period specified by the manufacturer’s DOA Warranty. The DOA Warranty for the Product is subject to the guideline provided by the product manufacturer, as specified in the manufacturer’s DOA policy.
The DOA Warranty does not apply to Product’s defect resulting from circumstances not covered by the manufacturer’s DOA policy, including:
Damage or mishandling during or after delivery by the Customer or third parties
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Failure to follow the manufacturer's recommended instructions for installation or operation
Problems caused by a device that is not the Product, including equipment or accessories whether or not purchased at the same time as the Product
Natural disasters or other unforeseeable events
In the event that a product is repaired or exchanged under the manufacturer’s warranty or DOA policy, the warranty period for the replacement product shall be based on the original purchase date of the initial product.
An exchange or repair does not renew, extend, or reset the warranty period. The replacement product will only be covered for the remaining duration of the original manufacturer’s warranty.

TMT is not responsible for any loss, alteration, damage, or reduction in functionality to any data or operating system during the warranty process. Customers are advised to back up their data before initiating warranty procedures.
One-to-One Exchange Policy
Customers are eligible to a One-To-One Exchange up to seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase as stated in TMT’s official Invoice/Receipt under the conditions below:
During inspection of the product, if Customers encounter any defects or damage within TMT’s store premises, Customers must notify TMT contemporaneously and can choose to exchange the product or cancel the purchase. If the product has left TMT’s premises, Customers have up to seven (7) calendar days to exchange if there are any defects or damage.
Customers must present their validated e-Invoice copy together with their original Invoice/Receipt to be eligible.
Exchange is not eligible for the following circumstances including but not limited to:
Physical/Aesthetic damage
Accidental/Intentional damage
Any loss of, alteration of, or damage to or a reduction in the functionality, availability, or operation of a purchased software
Failure to follow manufacturer’s recommended instructions for installation, operation, routine care maintenance, inspection, cleaning, removal of odours, lubrication, external adjustments, including problems caused by a device that is not the Product, including equipment or accessories that are not OEM, whether or not purchased at the same time as the Product
Products or parts that are functional and working as intended found not compatible with the Member’s PCs or Notebooks
Any e-Gift cards or credits top-up made with the purchase/transaction will not be eligible for a refund.
The validity period for TMT’s One-to-One exchange is delineated based on the date of the issued invoice.
The following product categories are not eligible for the One-to-One exchange including but not limited to:
Software, Tablets, Smartphones, Apple Products, Fitness & Wearables
Data Privacy & Protection
TMT may collect, process, and store personal information about the Customer in compliance with applicable data protection laws. The Customer's information will be used solely for the purpose of the transaction and may be shared with third-party service providers or partners as necessary.
By engaging in business with TMT, the Customer consent to and expressly authorise collection, receipt, use, retention, and transfer, in electronic or other form, of their personal data by TMT.
The collected data will be utilised by TMT for one or more of the following purposes: provision of products and services, internal record and marketing, fraud prevention and security, compliance purposes and other related purposes. Upon submitting a warranty claim or requesting services including but not limited to repairs, replacement, installation, troubleshooting, upgrade, maintenance, consultation and/or recovery, as well as any other services that are similar in nature or within the same range of such services, the Customer agrees to remove or log out of any associated login credentials, accounts, personal information and/or data on the product in question. Failure to do so may result in delays in the service or warranty process, and the customer acknowledges that TMT is not liable for any issues arising from the retention of such information during and/or after the service or repair period
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TMT, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with any products or services purchased at TMT outlets or sales channels, even if TMT has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Any liability for breach of condition or warranty, whether implied by law or otherwise, is limited to repair, replacement, or cost reimbursement as stated in applicable laws. The customer shall indemnify and hold TMT harmless from any losses, claims, or damages arising from non-compliance with these terms.
TMT's total liability for any claims related to its products or services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
By continuing to engage in business with TMT, Customers hereby willingly agree that they have relinquished their rights to seek these damages from TMT and that this is a reasonable allocation of risk.
Customer Default
In case the Customer fails to comply with any terms herein, any deposit, advance payment, or pre-payment for the goods shall be forfeited to TMT. TMT may sell or dispose of the Goods as it deems fit, and any deficiency in price and associated expenses will be borne by the Customer.
Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption
The Customer shall comply, and/or shall procure or ensure that its directors, employees, subcontractors, agents or other third parties, comply with all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations and any relevant anti-corruption policies and documents provided by TMT and have in place adequate controls and procedures to prevent corruption.
In the event of a breach by the Customer, TMT shall be fully entitled to terminate the Contract without any liability howsoever with written notice with immediate effect. The Customer shall hold TMT harmless from any cost, expenses, claim, liability, fine or penalty, as a result of any breach of this clause by the Customer, its directors, employees, subcontractors, agents, and/or anyone in connection with the Customer.
Force Majeure
TMT is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters or acts of god
War, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether declared or not), mutiny, insurrection, rebellion, revolution, conspiracy, military or usurped power, martial law, state of siege, seizure, confiscation, requisition, nationalization, destruction, or damage ordered by any government or public authority, as well as risks related to contraband or illegal transportation and trade
Acts of criminal breach of trust or act of cheating by any entity set out in the Penal Code
Acts of terrorism
Communicable Diseases or the fear or threat of any Communicable Diseases
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of Malaysia shall govern the interpretation of these Conditions and any Contracts.
The Customer agrees that the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction to settle any claims or disputes arising from these Conditions or any Contracts.
Any disputes arising from the application of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia. The costs and fees associated with any dispute resolution, including but not limited to legal fees, mediation costs, and court-related expenses, shall be borne by the Customer and are not the responsibility of TMT.
Staff Actions
Any advice or actions of TMT’s staff that contradict these terms and conditions shall not alter the terms and conditions herein.
Duty of Disclosure
Customers must take reasonable care to ensure that all the answers to the questions are full, complete, correct, and honest and to the best of the Customer’s knowledge.
Customers also have a duty to inform us of any changes in the information given to TMT.
Waiver & Severability
The failure by TMT to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions shall not be considered a waiver of its right to enforce any other term or conditions in the future.
If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such term shall be deleted, and the relevant Contract shall remain in full force and effect. TMT and the Customer will negotiate in good faith to agree on mutually acceptable alternative provisions to replace the deleted clause.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement, together with all applicable Terms & Conditions published on www.tmt.my, shall constitute a single, unified and binding agreement between the Customer and TMT. All referenced documents, policies, and terms shall be read collectively and enforced as one comprehensive agreement, governing the Customer’s interactions, purchases, and engagements with TMT.
This Agreement, together with TMT’s “TMT Back-To-Back Orders Terms & Conditions,” constitutes a single, unified agreement. Both documents shall be read and enforced as one comprehensive agreement.
Words denoting the singular include where the context so admits the plural and vice versa.
Words of the masculine gender include where the context so admits the feminine and neuter genders and vice versa.
Words denoting natural persons include where the context so admits corporations and firms and vice versa.
Any references to a specific statute include any statutory extension or modification amendment or re-enactment of such statute and any regulations or orders made under such statute and any general reference to “statute”, or “statutes” includes any regulations or orders made under such statute or statutes.
References in this Agreement to any clause, sub-clause, paragraph or schedule without further designation shall be construed as a reference to the clause, sub-clause, paragraph or schedule to this Agreement so numbered.
Any reference to “law” shall be construed as to include, without limitation, any Act, ordinance, statutory or municipal, rule, regulation, ruling, decree or order enacted, issued or decreed by the Parliament of Malaysia, the Government of Malaysia or any bureau, minister, agency, courts, regulatory body, authority, legislative body or department thereof.
Where the context so requires, the words “hereof”, “herein”, “hereto”, “hereunder”, “hereafter” wherever used shall refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision only.
Back-to-Back Orders
“Back-to-Back” Orders refer to the process whereby a Customer places an order for a Product that is not currently available in TMT’s inventory, either by paying a deposit or making full payment in advance. This order type is used to reserve or secure a unit of the Product from an upcoming shipment or supplier restock.
Back-to-Back Orders are typically initiated for high-demand, limited availability, or custom-order items, and are subject to supplier lead times, import schedules, and stock confirmation.
By placing a Back-to-Back Order, the Customer acknowledges that:
The Product is not immediately available for pickup or delivery.
Estimated arrival dates are subject to change based on supplier or logistical factors.
TMT will notify the Customer once the Product arrives and is ready for collection or delivery.
TMT reserves the right to decline or delay Back-to-Back Orders based on stock availability, supplier constraints, or other operational considerations.
Payment Policy
The Payee for any transaction must match the name of the Company/Customer as stated on the Purchase Order provided by the Customer. Payments made by third-party payees, including but not limited to individuals, entities, company directors, or any associated holding companies, will not be considered as valid payment for the order. In the exceptional case where a third part has made payment on behalf of the Company/Customer listed on the Purchase Order, TMT will refund any applicable amounts directly to the originating account from which the payment was received. TMT will not process refunds to any other individual or entity, ensuring that refunds are specifically directed to the account detailed in TMT’s bank statement.
In the event the Customer is opting to make payments via bank transfer, the Customer shall ensure that the payment is made exclusively to the bank account details provided in the official TMT Invoice/Quotation. Any payment made to a bank account not officially owned by TMT and not in accordance with the bank details provided in the Invoice/Quotation shall not be deemed as a valid payment.

Delivery & Collection
All goods are sold on an “as-is" basis, with risk transferring to the Customer when the goods leave TMT’s warehouse or premises. Delivery will be arranged at the Customer’s specified location within Malaysia, provided it is reasonably accessible in TMT’s opinion.
TMT shall inform the Customer of the expected date of arrival of the Product(s). TMT will make reasonable efforts to meet the agreed-upon delivery dates. However, delivery dates are estimates, and TMT is not liable for delays beyond its control.
Once the Product(s) leave TMT’s warehouse or premises, TMT shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from the delay in delivery by courier services for reasons such as Customer requests, inability to accept goods, lack of reasonable access, or factors beyond TMT’s control. In case of delay, the Customer is responsible for any additional charges incurred by TMT. Such delays do not entitle the Customer to cancel or repudiate the contract.
In the event the ordered Product(s) has been delayed for more than thirty (30) working days from the order date as specified on the Invoice/Quotation, the Customer can request a cancellation with their deposit fully refunded.
Customers failing to collect their pre-order within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of stock arrival will have their deposit forfeited. If the Customer fails to collect the Product(s) within this period, the Product will be released from reservation and made available for general sale. In such cases, the Customer’s deposit will be refunded via the original payment method, subject to standard processing timelines. Administrative fees may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
If the Customer still wishes to purchase the Product after the reservation has lapsed, they must wait until the Product is restocked and available for sale again. TMT does not guarantee immediate availability or priority access once the original reservation has expired.
Inspection & Acceptance
Upon collection and delivery of the Product(s), the Customer is responsible for inspecting the items and confirming that they are undamaged, in working order, satisfactory and meet the agreed-upon specifications.
Any defects, discrepancies, or damage must be reported to TMT contemporaneously with a receipt of the goods. Failure to do so will absolve TMT of any liability regarding such claims.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement, together with TMT’s “TMT Retail Store Terms & Conditions,” constitutes a single, unified agreement. Both documents shall be read and enforced as one comprehensive agreement.

“Customer”, “Member”, and “Applicant” collectively refer to entities who are either applying for or are currently enrolled as members in the TMT Retail Membership Program.
“Membership Program”, “Program” and “Membership” denotes the TMT Retail Membership Program, inclusive of all its associated benefits, obligations, terms and conditions.
“Agreement” and “Terms and Conditions” refers to the official documentation, terms, and conditions outlined in the document herein, which comprehensively outlines the terms, and other essential details of the Program provided by TMT. This Agreement serves as the governing document for TMT Retail Membership Program and establishes the rights, obligations, and expectations of the Customer, TMT, and any involved parties.
The terms “parties” or “party” shall mean TMT and/or the Customer.
Membership Eligibility & Enrolment
Applicants to the Program is limited to individuals, companies, and organisations only and is limited to one account per entity. Applicants must be a legal resident/entity of Malaysia to be eligible for the Membership.
By submitting an application for Membership in the Program and registering an account with TMT.MY, the Applicants agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein. Once enrolled, the Membership is valid for a lifetime subscription, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Applicants will need to submit their personal information as may be prescribed (e.g., full name as per IC, National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) or Passport Number, age, date of birth, contact number, email address, correspondence address, ethnicity) to register for the Membership. Companies and organisations must provide their company details as may be prescribed (e.g., Business Registration Number, registered/business address, email address, contact number). Applicants are obligated to supply their data to TMT that is correct, up-to-date, and accurate.
Members also have the responsibility of promptly informing TMT of any changes to their data by updating their information on their Profile to ensure that the information held by TMT remains accurate, complete, and up to date.
Earning & Redeeming Program Rewards
Under the program, Members earn one (1) point for every One Ringgit Malaysia (RM 1.00) expended in any TMT retail outlets in Malaysia and will be credited to Member’s account immediately. Points are earned solely through the purchase of products and merchandise. Expenditures on additional costs, including but not limited to delivery charges, service fees, taxes, gift cards, and any other vouchers or discounts, will not be eligible for point conversion.
Only Members registered as individuals are eligible for point accumulation and redemption. Members registered as companies or organizations are not eligible from accumulating and redeeming points.
Members may exchange points or redeem one thousand (1,000) points for Three Ringgit Malaysia (RM 3.00) which can be used as discounts for their purchases in TMT outlets only. Points cannot be applied to excluded items, including but not limited to gift cards, eGift cards, warranties, technical services, TMT Protection Plan, and in conjunction with other discounts.
To maintain the integrity of the rewards program, Members are prohibited from any actions intended to manipulate point accumulation, refunds or redemption. Any attempts to engage in such practices may result in the suspension or termination of membership, deduction from refund amount or forfeiture of all points. TMT reserves the right to determine whether any purchase is considered as arbitrary.
In the event of a refund, return, or cancellation of an order in which points were redeemed, the points initially redeemed shall be recredited to the Member’s account. Conversely, any points accrued from such transactions shall be forfeited.
Points have no cash value, are non-monetary and cannot be converted into cash. TMT may, in its sole discretion, allow points to be redeemable for other items of merchandise from time to time. However, points are never redeemable for cash.
Points earned by members shall expire on the last day of the month of the year (“Expiration Date”), one (1) year from the date that the point was earned (“Earn Date”). For example:

Members can check their current available at any TMT retail outlets or by contacting TMT Customer Service.
As part of the updated Membership Program, TMT is pleased to announce a special campaign for our valued Members. For a limited period, all points scheduled to expire in November 2024 & December 2024 will be granted an automatic extension. Consequently, these points will now remain redeemable until 28th February 2025 only.
All points earned that are not utilised and redeemed by the end of the Expiry Date will expire and automatically forfeited without notice. Members are not allowed to recollect the expired points under any circumstances and there shall be no extension of time for such points beyond the Expiration Date and all expired points cannot be reinstated.
TMT reserves the right to modify the redemption value of points, the eligible products or services for redemption, or any other aspect of the points redemption program at its sole discretion.
Member's Privilege & Benefits
Exclusive privileges are reserved for Members, encompassing access to specially curated promotions. These promotions are subjected to a limit of one unit per product per member.
Technical Support – Members are granted access to a spectrum of technical support service including diagnostic and troubleshooting services for Personal Computers (“PC”) or laptops, RAM (Memory) upgrades, heatsink fan assembly for new PCs, data transfer (30GB) for HDD/SSD, modem or router basic setup and configuration, PC power supply replacement or installation, fan cleaning, thermal paste replacement for PCs or laptops, data storage replacement or upgrade (HDD/SSD/SSHD), basic PC parts assembly to new PCs, formatting of PCs or laptops with Microsoft Windows (Pre-installed License Key), and upgrading, installing, and assembling PC parts from existing PCs to new PCs, including upgrading and installing AIO cooling or liquid cooling systems for PCs.
One-To-One Exchange - Members are eligible to a 1-to-1 exchange up to fourteen (14) calendar days under the conditions below:-
During inspection of the product, if members encounter any defects or damage within TMT’s store premises, members must notify TMT contemporaneously and can choose to exchange the product or cancel the purchase. If the product has left TMT’s premises, Members have up to fourteen (14) calendar days to exchange if there are any defects or damage.
Members can only request for an exchange at the outlet the Product was purchased from. The Product must be returned in its original form, which includes but not limited to the original packaging, warranty sheets, manuals, accessories, cables, and plastic coverings. The Sales Invoice/Receipt must also be presented to be eligible.
Exchange is not eligible for the following circumstances including but not limited to:-
Any e-Gift cards or credits top-up made with the purchase/transaction will not be eligible for a refund.
The validity period for TMT’s 1-to-1 exchange is delineated based on the date of the issued invoice.
The following product categories are not eligible for the 1-to-1 exchange including but not limited to:
Software, Tablets, Smartphones, Apple Products, Fitness & Wearables
TMT may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify all benefits and program rules, regulations, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of the Program, or may terminate the Program at any time in its sole discretion.
Membership in the Program may entitle Members to various additional offers (“Offers”). The details of these Offers are set out from time to time in TMT retail outlets and on TMT.MY. Details and terms of any Offers as set out in the TMT retail outlets and/or TMT.MY are valid as specified in TMT retail outlets and/or TMT.MY. Members shall receive periodic e-newsletters detailing the latest promotions and deals available at TMT.
Data Privacy & Collection
By joining the Program, Members consent to and expressly authorise collection, receipt, use, retention, and transfer, in electronic or other form, of their personal data by TMT.
Data collected includes but not limited to their name, NRIC number, contact details, date of birth, gender, marital status, nationality, preferred language, ethnicity, occupation, monthly income, and financial information.
TMT may collect, process, and store personal information about the Members in compliance with applicable data protection laws. The Member’s information will be used solely for the purpose of the transaction and may be shared with third-party service providers or partners as necessary.
By engaging in business with TMT, Members consent to and expressly authorise collection, receipt, use, retention, and transfer, in electronic or other form, of their personal data by TMT.
Members understand and agree that their personal data may be transferred and/or disclosed to TMT’s affiliates and authorised external parties from various countries around the world. Where your Personal Data has been transferred to any subsidiary, affiliate, or associated company of Thunder Match and/or to third parties located outside of Malaysia, TMT will use reasonable effort to ensure that the parties receiving this information will have or put in place organizational, contractual and legal measures and with adequate levels of protection implemented as well as compliance with any additional local legal requirements to safeguard their Personal Data.
Members at any time, have the right to:-
Request access to a copy of the personal data we hold about you or information about the ways in which we use or disclose your personal data.
Request corrections or updates to any of your personal data that we hold about you.
Withdraw consent and request us to stop using and/or disclosing your personal data for any or all of the purposes outlined in above.

Changes, Termination, Cancellation & Removal from Membership Program
Members have the right to cancel their membership at any time by contacting TMT Customer Service at 03 – 2022 5532 or [email protected] (10.00am – 6.00pm MYT Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays).
Account ownership and its membership points and benefits are non-transferable by any means.
TMT reserves the right to terminate, cancel, or suspend a Member’s membership at its sole discretion and will affect the Member’s eligibility for further participation in the Program, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
Abusing or breaching membership terms and conditions
Failure to follow any terms of the Program
Any misinterpretation and/or any conduct detrimental to the interests of TMT
Fraudulent or attempted fraudulent activities or transactions associated with the membership and member’s account
Providing false information during registration
Misuse or abuse of Membership Program points and benefits
Non-payment of fees and charges
Death of the Member
Upon termination, cancellation or suspension of a membership whether by the Member or TMT in accordance with the Terms herein, the Member shall forfeit all rights and benefits associated with the Program. Any points accrued or issued in the Member’s account shall instantly and automatically expire. Termination, cancellation or suspension of a membership, for any reason, does not entitle the Member to a refund of any fees paid.
If for any reason the Program is incapable of running as planned for any reason, TMT reserves the right to in its absolute discretion to suspend or terminate the Program. In the event of such suspension or termination, TMT will notify the Members of the Program via email and/or website. Such notification shall be valid and effective immediately upon posting on TMT’s designated communication channels. TMT shall not be liable to provide any form of compensation to Members in the event of such suspension or termination.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement, together with all applicable Terms & Conditions published on www.tmt.my, shall constitute a single, unified and binding agreement between the Customer/Members and TMT. All referenced documents, policies, and terms shall be read collectively and enforced as one comprehensive agreement, governing the Customer’s interactions, purchases, and engagements with TMT.
This WEBSITE, including but not limited to any information, service, WEBSITE event (defined as below), software and program provided thereof (“WEBSITE”) is hosted by Thunder Match Technology Sdn Bhd (“TMT”). YOU expressly acknowledge that YOU have read these terms of use notice (“notice”) and understand the rights, obligations, terms and conditions set forth herein. If YOU are a minor, YOU shall register as the member or access the WEBSITE and its services only after your parents (or your guardian) read and understand the rights, obligations, terms and conditions contained in this notice. YOU acknowledge that it is YOUR responsibility to have the appropriate software, hardware and internet connection to operate the then-current version of WEBSITE. Payment & Orders + Product Availability & Pricing
The contract price for the Product YOU have selected are stated in the Check Out page. Any Goods and Services Tax (GST) or Sales Services Tax (SST) (if applicable) will be borne by YOU. All payments must be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) as specified in the Check Out page with payment methods accepted by TMT.
TMT accepts multiple payments (“Multi Payment”) for a single Invoice, subject to a maximum of two separate transactions of different types. For example, YOU can use to complete an Invoice payment using a credit card and Buy Now Pay Later. YOU are not allowed to use 2 different bank cards for the Invoice. If YOU are opting for Multi Payment, YOU must ensure that both payments are completed concurrently within the Order. TMT shall not be held liable for any delays, discrepancies, or complications arising from partial payments beyond the permitted limit. Any deviation from this policy may result in the Order being considered incomplete or invalid and can be cancelled at TMT’s sole discretion.

TMT reserves the right to take appropriate legal actions to recover any unpaid amounts and may consider the transaction null and void if payment is made to an unauthorized account. Shipping & Delivery
TMT endeavours to process and ship out all confirmed Orders within three (3) to five (5) business days from the date of successful payment. YOU acknowledge that this estimated timeline applies only in the absence of external interference or events beyond TMT’s reasonable control, this includes but is not limited to, delays caused by third-party logistics providers, courier service interruptions, adverse weather conditions, or any other force majeure events. YOU are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. TMT reserves the right to cancel Orders due to delivery address issues at its sole discretion. In the event of a significant delay beyond the stated period due to stock availability or other internal reasons, TMT will make reasonable efforts to notify YOU via the email address provided in YOUR account.
Intellectual Property Right
YOU acknowledge that YOU are solely responsible for the information upload, transmit, input or provide to this WEBSITE by YOU, and none of such information represents the opinion of TMT. For the avoidance of doubt, information includes without limitation to, information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials (“Information”).

Return/Refund & Cancellation
YOU are allowed to request for a refund or return within fourteen (14) calendar days from the Completion Date of YOUR order. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This NOTICE and all interactions, purchases, and engagements between YOU and TMT shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. YOU agree that any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Malaysia. YOU shall at all times comply with this NOTICE and shall not be in violation of any applicable local laws and regulations.
Risk of Loss & Damage
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to YOU upon delivery of the item(s) to the carrier or shipping provider for dispatch. TMT shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expenses caused by, or resulting from, the actions or omissions of third-party logistics providers. It is YOUR responsibility to inspect the package upon arrival; any claims for visible damage must be supported by adequate proof provided within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Completion Date.
Term & Termination
If for any reason this WEBSITE is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to force majeure, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of TMT which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this WEBSITE, TMT reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the WEBSITE subject to any written directions from a relevant governmental authority.

In the event that a prize is not available despite TMT’s reasonable endeavours to procure the prize, TMT reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal recommended retail value, subject to any written directions from a relevant governmental authority.
TMT accepts no responsibility for any subsequent variation in the prize value.
In the event that any failure of a prize winner to take the prize within a certain period of time indicated in the WEBSITE Event is deemed a waiver of the right for a prize, and TMT, on its sole discretion, has the right to decide the substitution method of such prize winner.
Indemnity
YOU agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TMT and its affiliates, service providers, syndicators, distributors, licensors, officers, directors and employees, from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs), due to or in connection with YOUR violation of this Notice or any applicable law or regulation, or third-party right.

Definitions
“TMT” ” refers to Thunder Match Technology Sdn. Bhd. (Company No.: 200101005756 [541512-U]), which business address is presently located at H-G-5 and H-G-6, Lorong Mahir 9, Connaught Avenue, Taman Bukit Cheras, 56000 Kuala Lumpur, trading under the name “TMT”.
“Agreement” and “Terms and Conditions” refers to the official documentation, terms, and conditions outlined in the document herein, which comprehensively outlines the terms, and other essential details for the purchase and sale of Goods and Products in TMT retail stores. This Agreement serves as the governing document and establishes the rights, obligations, and expectations of the Customer, TMT, and any involved parties.
“Goods” and “Products” encompasses the items, products, merchandise, and any associated parts supplied by TMT under these Terms and Conditions.
“Customer” pertains to the individual or entity that accepts a quotation or sales offer from TMT for the sale of goods or whose order for goods is accepted by TMT.
“TMT.MT” refers to TMT’s official website with the link: https://www.tmt.my and shall include all it’s respective pages, subdomains, content, and any promotional or transactional sections hosted under the same domain.
A “pre-order” refers to the process of placing an order for a product that is not yet available for immediate delivery.
“BOPIS” refers to TMT’s Buy Online Pick Up In Store service which allows Customers to purchase Product(s) on TMT.MY and collect the Product(s) in-person at TMT’s designated store locations.
Agreement & Consent to Terms & Conditions
The terms and conditions detailed in this agreement, in conjunction with TMT official invoice (the “Invoice”) and quotation (the “Quotation”), collectively constitute the entire agreement between TMT and the Customer, and supersedes any prior agreements, understandings, assurances, or representations whether written or verbal. Any terms or conditions implied by law that are applicable to TMT are excluded, except as provided by common sense or equity. No variations to these terms and conditions will be effective unless expressly agreed in writing and signed by TMT.
By placing an order, making a purchase, or otherwise engaging in business with TMT, this signifies that the Customer understands, acknowledges, agrees, and accepts the terms and conditions herein.
In case non-English language version of this Contract is prepared and any dispute arises over the meaning of any provisions under this Contract, the English language version shall prevail, and the relevant part of the non-English language version shall be deemed to be automatically amended to conform with and be consistent with the English language.
All decisions by TMT in regard to this Agreement program are final, conclusive and binding.
Amendments & Updates of Terms & Conditions
TMT reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective immediately upon posting on TMT’s designated communication channels. TMT shall not be liable to provide any form of compensation to Customers in the event of such modifications. Such changes will overwrite any previous terms and will be legally binding.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any updates or amendments.
By continuing to engage in business or otherwise interact with TMT after any modifications to the Terms and Conditions have been posted, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the revised Terms and Conditions.
Pricing & Payment
The contract price for the product(s) is stated in the Invoice/Quotation. Any Goods and Services Tax (GST) or Sales Services Tax (SST) (if applicable) will be borne by the Customer. All payments must be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) as specified in the invoice with payment methods accepted by TMT.
TMT accepts multiple payments (“Multi Payment”) for a single Invoice, subject to a maximum of TWO (2) separate transactions of different types.
For example, Customer can use to complete an Invoice payment using a credit card and Buy Now Pay Later. Customers are not allowed to use 2 different bank cards for the Invoice.
Customers opting for Multi Payment must ensure that both payments are completed concurrently within the same day.
TMT shall not be held liable for any delays, discrepancies, or complications arising from partial payments beyond the permitted limit. Any deviation from this policy may result in the transaction being considered incomplete or invalid at TMT’s sole discretion.
In the event the Customer is opting to make payments via bank transfer, the Customer shall ensure that the payment is made exclusively to the bank account details provided in the official TMT invoice or quotation. Any payment made to a bank account not officially owned by TMT and not in accordance with the bank details provided in the invoice or quotation shall not be deemed as a valid payment.
TMT shall not assume any responsibility or liability for funds transferred to accounts not officially owned by TMT. Customers are strongly advised to exercise due diligence in verifying the authenticity of the provided bank account details to prevent fraudulent transactions.
Products purchased shall only be released to the Customer upon full and complete payment of the total amount stated in the invoice. TMT shall not be obligated to deliver or release any product(s) until payment is received in full, in accordance with the terms outlined herein.
TMT reserves the right to take appropriate legal actions to recover any unpaid amounts and may consider the transaction null and void if payment is made to an unauthorized account. The customer shall indemnify and hold TMT harmless from any losses, claims, or damages arising from non-compliance with these terms.
Prices offered through TMT Retail Stores, TMT Official Website (www.tmt.my) and other TMT official sales channels may vary due to differences in operational environments, promotional activities, and channel-specific strategies. As such, products may be priced differently across these platforms at any given time. TMT reserves the sole and absolute right to determine, adjust, and update the pricing for all products across all sales channels without prior notice.
Local Tax Laws
Any and all taxes, duties, levies, or charges imposed by any governmental authority in accordance with the prevailing local tax laws, regulations, or ordinances, must be borne solely by the Customer. These taxes may include, but are not limited to, sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), or any other applicable taxes. The amount of these taxes is subject to change in response to updates, amendments, or revisions to tax laws and regulations. The Customer is responsible for staying informed about such changes and for paying any increased tax amounts.
Pre-Orders & Deposit
By placing a pre-order, the Customer reserves the product in advance, with the understanding that it will be shipped once it becomes available or can be picked up by the Customer at their selected pick-up location during checkout. Pre-orders may require full payment or a deposit at the time of ordering, and the estimated shipping and delivery dates are subject to change.
The Customer understands that a pre-order does not guarantee immediate availability.
Once Customer has confirmed and finalised their pre-order details during checkout, Customers are not allowed to amend any order details including but not limited to product details (colour, model etc) and pick up location.
Customer opting to self-collect their order at their chosen pick-up location must arrive on the time chosen by the Customer. Customer arriving before the pick-up time will not be entertained. Any request to change their pick-up time must contact TMT’s Customer Service.
Customers are required to collect their pre-order within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of stock arrival. If the Customer fails to collect the Product within this period, the Product will be released from reservation and made available for the next Customer in the pre-order sequence. In such cases, the Customer’s deposit will be held and be put at the end of the pre-order sequence. The Customer acknowledges that TMT cannot guarantee the stock availability of the chosen Product once the sequence has been moved.
Upon request if the Customer is unable to collect their Product, the Customer can opt to have their deposit refunded via the original payment method, subject to standard processing timelines. Administrative fees may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
If the Customer still wishes to purchase the Product after the reservation has lapsed, they must wait until the Product is restocked and available for sale again. TMT does not guarantee immediate availability or priority access once the original reservation has expired.
The price of the Product at the time of pre-order is subject to change at TMT’s full discretion. The Customer will be notified of any price changes and will have the option to cancel their pre-order with a full refund.
Estimated shipping and delivery dates are provided at the time of pre-order but are subject to change at TMT’s full discretion. TMT is not liable for any delays in shipping or delivery.
The deposit amount required will be specified at the time of placing the pre-order. The remaining balance of the full payment must be completed before the product is fulfilled by TMT. TMT will not fulfil or ship the order until full payment is received. The Customer will be notified of the balance due and the deadline for completing the payment.
If the full payment is not completed by the specified deadline, TMT reserves the right to cancel the pre-order and release the Product from reservation and be made available for general sale. In such cases, the Customer’s deposit will be refunded via the original payment method, subject to standard processing timelines. Administrative fees may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
TMT reserves the right to hold any pre-orders with prior notification to the Customer for eligible reason including but not limited to payment issues, stock availability and delivery address issues.
Buy Online Pick Up In-Store (BOPIS)
By selecting the “In Store Pickup” option on the Checkout page during the checkout process, Customer agrees to pick up Product(s) at the Customer’s selected store location under the “Select pickup location” section on the Checkout page within the Customer’s selected preferred pick-up time under the “Pickup Information” section.
As part of our BOPIS service, TMT offers an Express Store Pick Up service for the Customer’s convenience. To utilise this service, Customers must place their express order a minimum of 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. This service is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM MYT and is subject to the operating hours of the designated store locations.
Customer agrees that to be eligible for TMT’s BOPIS service and by engaging TMT’s BOPIS service, they are required to provide their personal information which includes but is not limited to their name, National Registration Identity Card (“NRIC”)/MyKad number, phone number, and email address. The collected data will be utilised by TMT for purposes including but not limited to identifying and confirming order(s) during pick up.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that only an individual whose details match the information provided by the Customer in the "Pickup Information" section during the checkout process is authorized to pick up the BOPIS order. To facilitate pick up, the authorized individual must present their NRIC/MyKad (as registered during the checkout process) along with the order QR Code, accessible in their "My QRCode" section under the "Order History" page.
Pick-Up Process - Product(s) can be picked up by the Customer at the preferred pick-up location once the Order Status on their Order History shows “Ready for Self-Collect”. Customer must provide their NRIC/MyKad matching the details provided during the checkout process as well as the QR Code to be able to pick up their items.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that their order's status displays "Ready for Self-Collect" before proceeding to their chosen pick-up location. TMT will not assume any liability or responsibility if the Customer arrives for pick up before their Product(s) is marked as "Ready for Self-Collect." It is imperative for the Customer to verify the status to avoid any inconvenience or delays.
All goods are sold on an “as-is" basis, with risk transferring to the Customer when the goods leave TMT’s warehouse or premises.
In the event that the Customer is unable to pick up their Product(s) and require another party (“Representative”) to continue the pickup process, Customer must provide their Representative’s full name and NRIC/MyKad number to TMT’s Customer Support team via email at [email protected] (10.00am – 6.00pm MYT Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays) before the scheduled pick up time.
Customer will need to share their TMT.MY log in information to the Representative for access to the required QR Code during the pick-up process. To ensure security and accuracy of the process, screenshots of any QR Codes will not be accepted for pick up. The Representative must log into the Customer’s TMT.MY account to be able to continue the process.
By willingly providing their login information to the Customer’s designated Representative, the Customer acknowledges and understands that TMT will not be held liable or responsible for any unauthorized access, breach of account, or compromise of personal data that may occur as a result.
The Customer is required to collect their Product(s) within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date when the order status changes to "Ready for Self-Collect." In the event that the Customer fails to pick up their Product(s) within the specified time period, the Customer can either:
Have the order delivered directly to the Customer. Any additional delivery costs incurred will be the sole responsibility of the Customer. TMT shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from the delay in delivery by courier services for reasons such as Customer requests, inability to accept goods, lack of reasonable access, or factors beyond TMT’s control. In case of delay, the Customer is responsible for any additional charges incurred by TMT. Such delays do not entitle the Customer to cancel or repudiate the contract.
Forfeit the entire order. In such cases, the Customer will be refunded via the original payment method, subject to standard processing timelines. Administrative fees may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable. The Customer further acknowledges and accepts that, in case of order forfeiture, TMT shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the Customer, including but not limited to the cost of the Product(s), any related delivery charges, or any other fees associated with the order. The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold TMT harmless for any claims, demands, liabilities, or costs that may arise due to the forfeiture of the order.
Title & Ownership
Property and title in the goods remain with TMT until full payment for the goods is received in cash or via cleared funds.
Cancellation, Refunds & Returns
All goods listed in the invoice are considered sold and are neither refundable nor returnable.
A cancellation fee of 20% of the goods’ price will be imposed for any cancellation of goods sold.
TMT retains the unequivocal and absolute authority to decline any refund, return, or cancellation requests at its sole discretion. TMT's decisions in these matters are final and binding, with no obligation to provide justification.
Warranties
Most of the goods available at TMT come with a manufacturer's warranty. The terms and conditions for these warranties vary by product, brand, and manufacturer.
TMT does not provide the manufacturer’s warranty but will facilitate the warranty process as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.
It is the responsibility of the customer to review and understand the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, which is usually provided with the product or can be obtained from the manufacturer’s official website.
Most of the goods available at TMT comes with a manufacturer’s DOA Policy. In the event of a product that is considered “Defect on Arrival” (DOA), whereby the product exhibits defects or malfunction upon delivery, the Customer must create a DOA claim specifying the product’s defect and providing evidence, to TMT within the stated DOA period specified by the manufacturer’s DOA Warranty. The DOA Warranty for the Product is subject to the guideline provided by the product manufacturer, as specified in the manufacturer’s DOA policy.
The DOA Warranty does not apply to Product’s defect resulting from circumstances not covered by the manufacturer’s DOA policy, including:
Damage or mishandling during or after delivery by the Customer or third parties
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Failure to follow the manufacturer's recommended instructions for installation or operation
Problems caused by a device that is not the Product, including equipment or accessories whether or not purchased at the same time as the Product
Natural disasters or other unforeseeable events
In the event that a product is repaired or exchanged under the manufacturer’s warranty or DOA policy, the warranty period for the replacement product shall be based on the original purchase date of the initial product.
An exchange or repair does not renew, extend, or reset the warranty period. The replacement product will only be covered for the remaining duration of the original manufacturer’s warranty.

TMT is not responsible for any loss, alteration, damage, or reduction in functionality to any data or operating system during the warranty process. Customers are advised to back up their data before initiating warranty procedures.
One-to-One Exchange Policy
Customers are eligible to a One-To-One Exchange up to seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase as stated in TMT’s official Invoice/Receipt under the conditions below:
During inspection of the product, if Customers encounter any defects or damage within TMT’s store premises, Customers must notify TMT contemporaneously and can choose to exchange the product or cancel the purchase. If the product has left TMT’s premises, Customers have up to seven (7) calendar days to exchange if there are any defects or damage.
Customers must present their validated e-Invoice copy together with their original Invoice/Receipt to be eligible.
Exchange is not eligible for the following circumstances including but not limited to:
Physical/Aesthetic damage
Accidental/Intentional damage
Any loss of, alteration of, or damage to or a reduction in the functionality, availability, or operation of a purchased software
Failure to follow manufacturer’s recommended instructions for installation, operation, routine care maintenance, inspection, cleaning, removal of odours, lubrication, external adjustments, including problems caused by a device that is not the Product, including equipment or accessories that are not OEM, whether or not purchased at the same time as the Product
Products or parts that are functional and working as intended found not compatible with the Member’s PCs or Notebooks
Any e-Gift cards or credits top-up made with the purchase/transaction will not be eligible for a refund.
The validity period for TMT’s One-to-One exchange is delineated based on the date of the issued invoice.
The following product categories are not eligible for the One-to-One exchange including but not limited to:
Software, Tablets, Smartphones, Apple Products, Fitness & Wearables
Data Privacy & Protection
TMT may collect, process, and store personal information about the Customer in compliance with applicable data protection laws. The Customer's information will be used solely for the purpose of the transaction and may be shared with third-party service providers or partners as necessary.
By engaging in business with TMT, the Customer consent to and expressly authorise collection, receipt, use, retention, and transfer, in electronic or other form, of their personal data by TMT.
The collected data will be utilised by TMT for one or more of the following purposes: provision of products and services, internal record and marketing, fraud prevention and security, compliance purposes and other related purposes. Upon submitting a warranty claim or requesting services including but not limited to repairs, replacement, installation, troubleshooting, upgrade, maintenance, consultation and/or recovery, as well as any other services that are similar in nature or within the same range of such services, the Customer agrees to remove or log out of any associated login credentials, accounts, personal information and/or data on the product in question. Failure to do so may result in delays in the service or warranty process, and the customer acknowledges that TMT is not liable for any issues arising from the retention of such information during and/or after the service or repair period
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TMT, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with any products or services purchased at TMT outlets or sales channels, even if TMT has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Any liability for breach of condition or warranty, whether implied by law or otherwise, is limited to repair, replacement, or cost reimbursement as stated in applicable laws. The customer shall indemnify and hold TMT harmless from any losses, claims, or damages arising from non-compliance with these terms.
TMT's total liability for any claims related to its products or services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
By continuing to engage in business with TMT, Customers hereby willingly agree that they have relinquished their rights to seek these damages from TMT and that this is a reasonable allocation of risk.
Customer Default
In case the Customer fails to comply with any terms herein, any deposit, advance payment, or pre-payment for the goods shall be forfeited to TMT. TMT may sell or dispose of the Goods as it deems fit, and any deficiency in price and associated expenses will be borne by the Customer.
Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption
The Customer shall comply, and/or shall procure or ensure that its directors, employees, subcontractors, agents or other third parties, comply with all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations and any relevant anti-corruption policies and documents provided by TMT and have in place adequate controls and procedures to prevent corruption.
In the event of a breach by the Customer, TMT shall be fully entitled to terminate the Contract without any liability howsoever with written notice with immediate effect. The Customer shall hold TMT harmless from any cost, expenses, claim, liability, fine or penalty, as a result of any breach of this clause by the Customer, its directors, employees, subcontractors, agents, and/or anyone in connection with the Customer.
Force Majeure
TMT is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters or acts of god
War, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether declared or not), mutiny, insurrection, rebellion, revolution, conspiracy, military or usurped power, martial law, state of siege, seizure, confiscation, requisition, nationalization, destruction, or damage ordered by any government or public authority, as well as risks related to contraband or illegal transportation and trade
Acts of criminal breach of trust or act of cheating by any entity set out in the Penal Code
Acts of terrorism
Communicable Diseases or the fear or threat of any Communicable Diseases
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of Malaysia shall govern the interpretation of these Conditions and any Contracts.
The Customer agrees that the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction to settle any claims or disputes arising from these Conditions or any Contracts.
Any disputes arising from the application of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia. The costs and fees associated with any dispute resolution, including but not limited to legal fees, mediation costs, and court-related expenses, shall be borne by the Customer and are not the responsibility of TMT.
Staff Actions
Any advice or actions of TMT’s staff that contradict these terms and conditions shall not alter the terms and conditions herein.
Duty of Disclosure
Customers must take reasonable care to ensure that all the answers to the questions are full, complete, correct, and honest and to the best of the Customer’s knowledge.
Customers also have a duty to inform us of any changes in the information given to TMT.
Waiver & Severability
The failure by TMT to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions shall not be considered a waiver of its right to enforce any other term or conditions in the future.
If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such term shall be deleted, and the relevant Contract shall remain in full force and effect. TMT and the Customer will negotiate in good faith to agree on mutually acceptable alternative provisions to replace the deleted clause.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement, together with all applicable Terms & Conditions published on www.tmt.my, shall constitute a single, unified and binding agreement between the Customer and TMT. All referenced documents, policies, and terms shall be read collectively and enforced as one comprehensive agreement, governing the Customer’s interactions, purchases, and engagements with TMT.
This Agreement, together with TMT’s “TMT.MY General Use Terms & Conditions,” constitutes a single, unified agreement. Both documents shall be read and enforced as one comprehensive agreement.
Words denoting the singular include where the context so admits the plural and vice versa.
Words of the masculine gender include where the context so admits the feminine and neuter genders and vice versa.
Words denoting natural persons include where the context so admits corporations and firms and vice versa.
Any references to a specific statute include any statutory extension or modification amendment or re-enactment of such statute and any regulations or orders made under such statute and any general reference to “statute”, or “statutes” includes any regulations or orders made under such statute or statutes.
References in this Agreement to any clause, sub-clause, paragraph or schedule without further designation shall be construed as a reference to the clause, sub-clause, paragraph or schedule to this Agreement so numbered.
Any reference to “law” shall be construed as to include, without limitation, any Act, ordinance, statutory or municipal, rule, regulation, ruling, decree or order enacted, issued or decreed by the Parliament of Malaysia, the Government of Malaysia or any bureau, minister, agency, courts, regulatory body, authority, legislative body or department thereof.
Where the context so requires, the words “hereof”, “herein”, “hereto”, “hereunder”, “hereafter” wherever used shall refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision only.
Definition & Interpretation
“Customer”, “Member”, and “Applicant” collectively refer to entities who are either applying for or are currently enrolled as members in the TMT.MY Loyalty Program.
“Loyalty Program”, “Program” and “Membership” denotes the TMT.MY Loyalty Program, inclusive of all its associated benefits, obligations, terms and conditions.

“Appropriate Authorities” means any governmental, semi or quasi-governmental and/or statutory departments, agencies or any privatised corporation.
“TMT.MT” refers to TMT’s official website with the link: https://www.tmt.my and shall include all its respective pages, subdomains, content, and any promotional or transactional sections hosted under the same domain.
The terms “parties” or “party” shall mean TMT and/or the Customer.
Membership Eligibility & Enrolment
Applicants to the Program is limited to individuals, companies, and organisations only and is limited to one account per entity. Applicants must be a legal resident/entity of Malaysia to be eligible for the Membership.
By submitting an application for Membership in the Program and registering an account with TMT.MY, the Applicants agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein. Once enrolled, the Membership is valid for a lifetime subscription, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Applicants will need to submit their personal information as may be prescribed (e.g., full name as per IC, National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) or Passport Number, age, date of birth, contact number, email address, correspondence address, ethnicity) to register for the Membership. Companies and organisations must provide their company details as may be prescribed (e.g., Business Registration Number, registered/business address, email address, contact number). Applicants are obligated to supply their data to TMT that is correct, up-to-date, and accurate.
Members also have the responsibility of promptly informing TMT of any changes to their data by updating their information on their Profile to ensure that the information held by TMT remains accurate, complete, and up to date.
Earning & Redeeming Program Rewards
Under the program, Members earn T Gold (“points”) for every One Ringgit Malaysia (RM 1.00) expended in TMT.MY, the points accumulation ratio will be based on the Member’s Membership Tier. Points will be credited to Member’s account three (3) days after a confirmed order, based on the Member’s purchase history and eligible activities. Points are earned solely through the purchase of products and merchandise only. Expenditures on additional costs, including but not limited to delivery charges, service fees, taxes, gift cards, and any other vouchers or discounts not part of the Rewards Program, will not be eligible for point conversion.
Only Members registered as individuals are eligible for point accumulation and redemption. Members registered as companies or organizations are not eligible for accumulating and redeeming points.
Members may redeem their accumulated points at the rate of 100 T Golds for One Ringgit Malaysia (RM 1.00) only on TMT.MY. Members may exchange points or redeem points for discounts, products, or services (“Rewards”) as outlined in the Rewards Catalogue. Details of the Rewards available in the Reward Catalogue.
Points may be redeemed for Rewards to be determined by TMT in its sole discretion; provided, however, that in order for Members to redeem their points for any Reward, they must accumulate a minimum number of points as established by TMT. Members are able to redeem no more than one (1) of each Reward per transaction.
To maintain the integrity of the rewards program, Members are prohibited from executing arbitrage orders or any actions intended to manipulate point accumulation, refunds, or order processing. Any attempts to engage in such practices may result in the suspension or termination of membership, deduction from refund amount based on the highest rate among the most recent orders, or forfeiture of all points. TMT reserves the right to determine whether any purchase or order is considered as arbitrary.
In the event of a refund, return, or cancellation of an order in which points were redeemed, the points initially redeemed shall be recredited to the Member’s account. Conversely, any points accrued from such transactions shall be forfeited.
T Golds have no cash value, are non-monetary and cannot be converted into cash. TMT may, in its sole discretion, allow points to be redeemable for other items of merchandise from time to time. However, points are never redeemable for cash.
T Golds earned by members shall expire on the last day of the month of the year (“Expiration Date”), one (1) year from the date that the point was earned (“Earn Date”). For example:

Members can check their current available T Golds and the Expiration Date by checking their account on TMT.MY.
All points earned that are not utilised and redeemed by the end of the Expiry Date will expire and automatically forfeited without notice. Members are not allowed to recollect the expired points under any circumstances and there shall be no extension of time for such points beyond the Expiration Date and all expired points cannot be reinstated.
T Gold Cashback Program: This program is a promotional initiative by TMT designed to reward customers with cashback in the form of T Gold for eligible purchases. Product eligibility and cashback amounts are determined solely by TMT and may vary from time to time. Cashback offers begin on the date they are officially reflected on TMT.MY and are not applicable to past purchases. Participation in this program is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
TMT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the cashback program at any time without prior notice.
TMT reserves the right to modify the redemption value of T Golds, the eligible products or services for redemption, or any other aspect of the points redemption program at its sole discretion.
Membership Tiers & Benefits
Membership Tier: Savvy
Savvy status is the entry level conferred to Members who have completed their profile on TMT.MY. For every One Ringgit Malaysia (RM 1.00) spent on TMT.MY, Savvy Members may earn one (1) T Gold and are allowed to redeem these points for purchases/transactions on TMT.MY.
Membership Tier: Whiz
Whiz status is conferred to Members who spend a minimum of Eight Thousand Ringgit Malaysia (RM 8,000) on products and merchandise (excludes the purchase of e-gift cards, gift cards, expenditure costs including but not limited to delivery charges, service fees and taxes) on TMT.MY. The status will be awarded on the same day as the date when Members hit the minimum spend (“Tier Upgrade Date”).
For every One Ringgit Malaysia (RM 1.00) spent on TMT.MY, Whiz Members may earn two (2) T Golds and are allowed to redeem these points for purchases/transactions on TMT.MY.
Whiz Members must maintain a minimum total purchase amount of Four Thousand Ringgit Malaysia (RM 4,000) on products and merchandise (excludes the purchase of e-gift cards, gift cards, expenditure costs including but not limited to delivery charges, service fees and taxes) on TMT.MY, from the date of membership upgrade qualification until the anniversary of their account creation date (“Enrolment Date”) in the following year to retain their Whiz status.
Failure to meet this minimum spend requirement by the anniversary of the Enrolment Date will result in the Member being downgraded to Savvy status. If the Member meets or exceeds the minimum spend requirement, they will retain their Whiz status for an additional year, until the subsequent anniversary of their Enrolment Date. For Example:

Members with incomplete or inaccurate information in their accounts shall not be eligible for point accumulation or any benefits outlined in this Agreement until their account information is fully completed and verified.
TMT may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify all Membership Tiers program rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of the Membership Tiers program, or may terminate the Membership Tier program at any time in its sole discretion, without prior notice by giving reasonable notice on TMT.MY and/or by email.
Membership in the Program may entitle Members to various offers (“Offers”) in addition to Rewards. The details of these Offers are set out from time to time on the Rewards Catalogue and on TMT.MY. Details and terms of any Offers as set out on the Rewards Catalogue and/or TMT.MY are valid as specified on the Rewards Catalogue and/or TMT.MY.
Data Privacy & Protection
By joining the Loyalty Program, Members consent to and expressly authorise collection, receipt, use, retention, and transfer, in electronic or other form, of their personal data by TMT.
Data collected includes but not limited to their name, NRIC number, contact details, date of birth, gender, marital status, nationality, preferred language, ethnicity, occupation, monthly income, and financial information.
TMT may collect, process, and store personal information about the Members in compliance with applicable data protection laws. The Member’s information will be used solely for the purpose of the transaction and may be shared with third-party service providers or partners as necessary.
By engaging in business with TMT, Members consent to and expressly authorise collection, receipt, use, retention, and transfer, in electronic or other form, of their personal data by TMT.
Members understand and agree that their personal data may be transferred and/or disclosed to TMT’s affiliates and authorised external parties from various countries around the world. Where your Personal Data has been transferred to any subsidiary, affiliate, or associated company of Thunder Match and/or to third parties located outside of Malaysia, TMT will use reasonable effort to ensure that the parties receiving this information will have or put in place organizational, contractual and legal measures and with adequate levels of protection implemented as well as compliance with any additional local legal requirements to safeguard their Personal Data.
Members at any time, have the right to:
Request access to a copy of the personal data we hold about you or information about the ways in which we use or disclose your personal data.
Request corrections or updates to any of your personal data that we hold about you.
Withdraw consent and request us to stop using and/or disclosing your personal data for any or all of the purposes outlined in above.
The collected data will be utilised by TMT for one or more of the following purposes: provision of products and services, internal record and marketing, fraud prevention and security, compliance purposes and other related purposes. Changes, Termination, Cancellation and Removal from Loyalty Program
Members have the right to cancel their membership at any time by contacting TMT Customer Service at 03 – 2022 5532 or [email protected] (10.00am – 6.00pm MYT Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays).
Account ownership and its membership points and benefits are non-transferable by any means.
TMT reserves the right to terminate, cancel, or suspend a Member’s membership at its sole discretion and will affect the Member’s eligibility for further participation in the Program, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
Abusing or breaching membership terms and conditions
Failure to follow any terms of the Program
Any misinterpretation and/or any conduct detrimental to the interests of TMT
Fraudulent or attempted fraudulent activities or transactions associated with the membership and member’s account
Providing false information during registration
Misuse or abuse of Loyalty Program points and benefits
Non-payment of fees and charges
Death of the Member
Upon termination, cancellation or suspension of a membership whether by the Member or TMT in accordance with the Terms herein, the Member shall forfeit all rights and benefits associated with the Loyalty Program. Any points accrued or issued in the Member’s account shall instantly and automatically expire. Termination, cancellation or suspension of a membership, for any reason, does not entitle the Member to a refund of any fees paid.
If for any reason the Program is incapable of running as planned for any reason, TMT reserves the right to in its absolute discretion to suspend or terminate the Program. In the event of such suspension or termination, TMT will notify the Members of the Program via email and/or website. Such notification shall be valid and effective immediately upon posting on TMT’s designated communication channels. TMT shall not be liable to provide any form of compensation to Members in the event of such suspension or termination.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement, together with all applicable Terms & Conditions published on www.tmt.my, shall constitute a single, unified and binding agreement between the Customer and TMT. All referenced documents, policies, and terms shall be read collectively and enforced as one comprehensive agreement, governing the Customer’s interactions, purchases, and engagements with TMT.
This Agreement, together with TMT’s “TMT.MY General Use Terms & Conditions,” constitutes a single, unified agreement. Both documents shall be read and enforced as one comprehensive agreement.
Words denoting the singular include where the context so admits the plural and vice versa.
Words of the masculine gender include where the context so admits the feminine and neuter genders and vice versa.
Words denoting natural persons include where the context so admits corporations and firms and vice versa.
Any references to a specific statute include any statutory extension or modification amendment or re-enactment of such statute and any regulations or orders made under such statute and any general reference to “statute”, or “statutes” includes any regulations or orders made under such statute or statutes.
References in this Agreement to any clause, sub-clause, paragraph or schedule without further designation shall be construed as a reference to the clause, sub-clause, paragraph or schedule to this Agreement so numbered.
Any reference to “law” shall be construed as to include, without limitation, any Act, ordinance, statutory or municipal, rule, regulation, ruling, decree or order enacted, issued or decreed by the Parliament of Malaysia, the Government of Malaysia or any bureau, minister, agency, courts, regulatory body, authority, legislative body or department thereof.
Where the context so requires, the words “hereof”, “herein”, “hereto”, “hereunder”, “hereafter” wherever used shall refer to this Agreement as a whole and not to any particular provision only.
