Terms & Conditions (Pre-Order)

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Stocks Availability
1.  TMT reserves the right to amend or terminate the pre-order process of your purchase.
2.  Specifications subject to change without notice or liability.
3.  The pre-order does not guarantee immediate confirmation of products allocations.
4.  We only refund for orders that are not arriving according to Stocks Arrival Timeline above. If you need to get refund for your order, send us an email at [email protected].
5.  Do expect a 7-14 days at least for the refund process of your order(s) if your enquiry is eligible.

Same Day Delivery Policy


• The Carrier shall require the customer to sign a document (invoice) prepared by the Carrier acknowledging receive of the purchased items.
• The document (invoice) is required to be signed by the individual who commit the order.
• The carrier has the right to request to capture a photo of the Malaysian IC.
• Same Day Delivery service is applicable for selected products when purchased via TMT by Thunder Match.

Purchase Time Period in TMT by Thunder Match 

• Carrier will dispatch items once order verification / dispatch confirmation has completed for Same Day Delivery. Dispatch time period is between 11am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
• Cut off time for purchase entitled for Same Day Delivery is 12pm daily.
• Same Day Delivery will not be available on Public Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
• Same Day Delivery is not available on Friday, 12pm – 2pm.


Same Day Delivery Process in TMT by Thunder Match 

• Carrier will dispatch items once payment verification has been confirmed before the cut off time of 12pm. Dispatch time period is between 11am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
• The Carrier may employ the services of any other carrier for the purposes of fulfilling the delivery if Same Day Delivery is not applicable for the address stated.
• Carrier may employ the services of any other carrier for the purposes of fulfilling the delivery upon unavailability of agents to fulfil the order.
• All goods will be delivered only to Residential Address or Work-Place Address.
• Upon selecting “Same Day Delivery”. Customer allows TMT by Thunder Match the Malaysian IC & Proof of Purchase for identification matching during delivery of purchased items.
• Customer are required to present the Order Identification/Proof of Purchase & Malaysian Identification Card during receiving.
• Same Day Delivery will NOT be available on Public Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays despite option being present. Arrangement of purchase during the weekends will be delivered on the next business day.
• In any unforeseen circumstances, carrier reserves the right to employ services of any other partnered courier to fulfil the delivery. The delivery may not be “Same Day Delivery” when using partnered courier company.
• Unforeseen circumstances may be “bad weather, acts of god, any consequences of war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities (whether war or not), civil war, rebellion, insurrection, military or usurped power of confiscation, requisition or destruction of or damage to property by or under the order of any government or public or local authority.

TMT Refund Policy


• General refund or return is not applicable in any sorts of events unless mentioned and agreed by both parties.

• Applicable to only eligible products sold at our group of companies/retails/stores in Malaysia only.

Return & Refund for Any Core Products in TMT by Thunder Match 

• If the core products you are purchasing shows symptoms of a hardware failure upon its first use out of the box when you are still in our store, you have the right not to accept the item. Please let our crew know that you wish to change to another unit or cancel your purchase.
• Once you have stepped out any of our retail store, we are NOT able to proceed with any forms of return and refund for your core product.
• In the event of an online store purchase, if the core product you are purchasing shows symptoms of a hardware failure upon its unboxing when you receive from the courier company, you have the right not to accept the item. Kindly notify our customer service team at [email protected]. Our online store will coordinate regarding the hardware-failed device purchase.
• Please ensure that the core product is able to be repacked with all the accessories such as cords, adapters and documentation etc. that were included as when you received it.
• Refunds will not be provided if you simply change your mind on purchase.
• We may need to send the item to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.
• If we accept merchandise for return that does not fall into any of the above categories, we may charge a 30% restocking fee if the goods have been opened, or the packaging is damaged.
• Please always retain your proof of purchase. You will need to present your proof of purchase in order to proceed with the return or refund process.


Defect-on-Arrival (DOA) T&C in TMT by Thunder Match 

• This DOA policy applies only to core products currently offered at our retail stores. As new products are offered, we reserve the right to determine whether or not this policy applies.
• The DOA for core products and other non-core products (accessories, casing, cable, bag and etc) offered at our group retail stores may differ.
• If the product is deemed by core product Technical Support NOT to be DOA, core product NONE of DOA standard product warranty will be applied.
• We reserve the right to test returned DOA and NONE of DOA product. If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, we may impose a handling fee.
