Terms & Conditions

Star Buy T&C
1.Queue number only has number and T&C on top, it is to ensure the queue sequence in front of the store.
2.Queue number distribution starts at Pavilion Bukit Jalil Mall Entrance, from 5th Nov 2022, 10 am sharp.
3.Customers are required to remain in the queue to get a queue number at Mall Entrance, and then also remain in the queue to get a queue ticket at Store Entrance.
4.Queue ticket has Star Buy Item name on top, it is to ensure the eligibility to purchase Star Buy Item.
5.Queue ticket distribution starts at Center Court @ Pavilion Bukit Jalil (Orange Zone), from 5th Nov 2022, 10.05am sharp. 
6.Queue ticket is only valid for one-time use on 5th Nov 2022.
7.Distribution of queue number and queue ticket will be STOPPED sharply at 11.59am.
8.Quantity is as shown on the posters. Limited stocks are available. First-come-first-served basis.
9.Visuals shown on the posters are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary due to product enhancement.
10.The eligible payments are one-off payments via cash, debit card, credit card, or selected e-wallet only. Any vouchers, installment plans, or split payments are NOT accepted.
11.Star Buy Items are not entitled to return or refund once a purchase has been made.
12.Customers are strictly prohibited to have an overnight queue.
13.Customers are only allowed to start queueing according to the mall opening time.
14.Customers are required to decide on items to purchase before queueing, then take queue tickets accordingly.
15.Each customer is only allowed to take one (1) queue number. 
16.Each customer is only entitled to take a maximum of one (1) piece of queue ticket. 
17.Customers must present the queue ticket when they make payment for the product at the cashier counter. 
18.Customers must wear a face mask and remain social distancing during the event, else, customers are prohibited to walk into the store.  
19.Thunder Match Technology Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to manage and limit no. of pax to visit in-store during the events.    
20.Thunder Match Technology Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right and holds the authority to adjust the queue tickets distribution and Star Buy starting time in accordance to the PR event end time. 
21.Thunder Match Technology Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend, cancel, terminate, suspend, shorten, or extend the above campaign anytime without prior notice.
22.Thunder Match Technology Sdn. Bhd. shall not be held responsible or liable for any claims of loss or damage to property or personal injury or loss of life by the Customers, and/or any party resulting from or arising out of or in connection with this campaign.


Roadshow Spend & Win

  • How to join?

  1. Spend a min of RM500 in a single receipt at TMT 25th Anniversary Roadshow from 1st to 6th November 2022.

  2. Drop your copy of the invoice *with full details* (Name, Contact Number, Email) into the Spend & Win Box.

  3. Winner announcement on 6th November 2022, 9:00pm through Facebook Live on TMT Official Facebook Page.

  1. Each customer can join with each valid invoice (1 invoice = 1 entry)

  2. Star buy are not entitled to join Spend & Win contest.

  3. Winners will be chosen randomly.

  4. If any entry from one individual is strike; the remaining entries are considered void. Example, Ali has 5 entries, 1 of the entries won, other 4 will be void. This is to provide every participant an opportunity to win.

  5. Participants must fill in the form with full & correct details only entitled to join. Any incomplete/wrong information given in the form will not be entertained/entitled to join.

  6. Prize is not exchangeable to cash and is only to be collected only at TMT @ Pavilion Bukit Jalil

  7. Winners must redeem their prizes in TMT @ Pavilion Bukit Jalil with verification of I/C & FB Inbox chat with TMT.

    • Spend RM300 - 1 Spin
    • Spend RM500 - 2 Spins
    • Spend RM1,000 - 3 Spins

  2. Show your receipt at the redemption counter.

  3. Each category of prize will have a specific number and sticked on the ping pong.
